In January 2022, the Docomomo International secretariat relocated to Delft, hosted by the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). The chair is Uta Pottgiesser, architect and Full Professor, and Vice-Chair of Docomomo Germany. Secretary General is Wido Quist, architect and Associate Professor, and chair of Docomomo Netherlands.
Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) is the oldest, largest and most comprehensive university of technology in the Netherlands. With over 21,000 students and 3,000 academic staff (including 400 full professors), it is an establishment of national importance and of significant international standing. The University collaborates on a structural basis with other international education and research institutes and has partnerships with governments, branch organizations, numerous consultancies, industry partners and companies from the small and medium business sectors.
Headquarters 2010-2021 (Barcelona, ES / Lisbon, PT)
In January 2010, the Docomomo International secretariat relocated to Barcelona, hosted by the Fundacion Mies van der Rohe from 2010-2014. From 2014-2021 Docomomo International was hosted in Lisbon, at Instituto Superior Tecnico – Lisbon University with the financial support of the Municipality of Lisbon. The chair was Ana Tostões, architect (ESBAL, 1982), architecture historian (UNL, 1994), member of Docomomo Iberico, and Full Professor at the Civil Engineering and Architecture Department of the Instituto Superior Técnico – Lisbon University. During this period Ivan Blasi (2010-2014), architect and Zara Ferreira (2014-2018), architect and research fellow, served as Secretary General. The achievements are accessible online.
Headquarters 2002-2009 (Paris, FR)
In January 2010, the Docomomo International secretariat relocated to Barcelona, hosted by the Fundacion Mies van der RIn 2002, the Docomomo International secretariat relocated to Paris, France, and was hosted by the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine in the Palais de Chaillot. The chair and secretary general were Maristella Casciato, architect and architectural historian and Émilie d’Orgeix, architectural historian, respectively, with Anne-Laure Guillet being director.

From 1995-2001, the Docomomo International secretariat was hosted at the School of Architecture at the Technical University Delft (TU Delft), the Netherlands. The chair and secretary general continued to be the founding-members Hubert-Jan Henket and Wessel de Jonge.
