The Central Dairy CLESA, designed by Alejandro de La Sota in Madrid (Spain) and at risk of demolition for a long time, will be preserved and listed. After a long campaing against its demolition, the City Council and the Community of Madrid have agreed to maintain the industrial complex and include it in the list of protected buildings.
