Call: Artists in architecture re-activating modern European houses
2019, BOZAR, Fundació Mies van der Rohe (Barcelona) and Federico II University (Naples)
DATE: 30/4/2019
"In 2019, BOZAR, Fundació Mies van der Rohe (Barcelona) and Federico II University (Naples) will set up artist residencies in twentieth century houses across Europe where cultural figures such as artists, architects and academics have lived and met.

The residencies have been prepared during 2018 together with diverse European universities. The aim of the project is to re-activate lesser known European cultural heritage by inviting students, artists, and the general public to raise critical questions on how to preserve, adapt, and re-use modern heritage houses for the future.
Submit your proposal for a house, and contribute to a digital database of 20th century houses that will be transformed into a concrete installation in Brussels, Barcelona and Naples during the duration of the project.
Co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union and in the framework of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 (EYCH)."
