What is UIA? UIA - Union of International Associations - is a research institute founded in 1907 to promote and document the work of international organizations. Its primary task is the collection and dissemination of information on international organizations, fulfilled largely by its two main publications: the Yearbook of International Organizations and the International Congress Calendar. The UIA also promotes the work of international associations by organizing educational activities, such as the Round Table. It is the only activity for which UIA charges a - nominal - fee.

Programme: Presentations by peers working in international associations on commom challeges, with small group discussions to ask in-depth questions and to share and exchange knowledge and experiences.

Registration fee for Round Table Europe: 55 euros.
Thanks to the support of our partners, specially Lyon convention Bureau, Lyon for Events, the Lyon Convention Centre, and Gyeonggi MICE Bureau, we are able to offer a high-level educational programme for a low fee. All other elements of the programme are complimentary. Delegated are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arragements and expenses.

Who is invited? People working in and with (international) associations. Between 100 and 120 participants are expected at each Round Table.
