Open House: 2nd Edition Open House Torino

Open House Torino will promote the opportunity to visit 140 different sites, during the upcoming weekend 9, 10 June 2018. Each visit has specific characteristics and schedule, and some need previous appointment. Among the wide list, visitors may find historical buildings, modern or contemporary, offices, green or social spaces, structures recovered, among others.
The initiative of 10-11 June 2017 was the first Turin edition of an international format. The idea of ​​Open House was founded in London in 1992 by the work of the founder Victoria Thornton and has since spread throughout the world. To date, the cities of the Open House Worldwide network are more than thirty, distributed on every continent. 
In Italy, Turin follows Open House Roma (from 2012) and Open House Milano (from 2016).

During Open House weekend, visits are all free and generally take place by order of arrival. On the Open House Torino 2018 website it is possible to find further details on the program, registration and also apps to follow through this years visits.

The event is organized by the Open House Torino cultural association, formed in 2017 by a group of architects and city enthusiasts.
